Here are the comments, BMI and the corresponding ones
\\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt, 18.5 = underweight
Normal = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25.0-29.9
30-35 = overweight
> 35 = morbidly obese
I think that would be the worst, being overweight, the progress of morbid obesity, even if you are not covered by the patient,
The BMI is very broad and general and do not necessarily apply to everyone. Metabolism, height and lifestyle and genetics play a role in the constitution of his body. There are people who completely healthy and active, which I know are comparisons of the miserable index BMI. Think of it as a very rough guideline, which has little to do with the real person or metabolism of the person to do. For more or less likely to be healthier, to the above-mentioned factors and then stated, is the individual. I know it will satisfy their curiosity, but BMI is not really big, that an instrument for measuring health.
ReplyDeleteI think between would be very healthy.
ReplyDeleteHow much weight and how old are you?
ReplyDeletenone.
ReplyDeleteLook at the percentage of body fat - says more than BMI.
may be thin and have a low BMI, but at the same time, inappropriate and have a body fat percentage is very high.
Or
may be larger, with a body mass index, but have a body fat percentage is very low and much of the helthier thin person (egbodybuilders)
Both are healthy and have their own problems. BMI provides a very broad spectrum to keep to a pole.
